Jo is an etiquette consultant, Speech Pathologist & TV reporter, based in Australia.

Jo holds a Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters degree in Journalism.

Having completed a world-first research thesis on afternoon tea etiquette (Queensland University of Technology, 2011), Jo is the only etiquette consultant in the world to have academic research to her name.
